Clara Mckinley

Clara A. McKinley, 87, of Danville, died at 8:00 am on Sunday, January 15, 2006 at her home in Danville. She was born August 30, 1918 in Danville, IL the daughter of Andrew Jackson and Nora Edna (Ingalsbe) McKinley. Clara is survived by one brother: Floyd (Thelma) McKinley of Danville; two sisters: Goldie McKinley and Bertha June Souders both of Danville; and nine nieces and nephews: Edna McCale of the state of Missouri, Ruth Land of Danville, Susan Hannah of the state of California, Gary McKinley of Danville, Lori Gillen of Danville, Deanna Ratcliff of Danville, Cyndi Deck of the state of Georgia, Robert Rice of Westville and Scott McKinley of Danville. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister, one niece and one nephew. Clara was a homemaker for most of her life, caring for her parents and also for all of her nieces and nephews. She loved gardening, crochet, and word puzzles. She was the oldest member of the Old Union Church of Danville.
