Cinda Lee Boersma

Cinda Lee (Hutchison) Boersma, 66, of Danville, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ at 8:33pm on Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN, following a lengthy illness. She was born on January 11, 1945, in Danville, the daughter of William D. and Mary D. (Haworth) Hutchison. Both are deceased. On April 7, 1984, Cinda married Bruce Boersma at New Life Christian Center in Danville. He survives of Oakwood. Also surviving Cinda is her daughter: Amber Lee (Boersma) Hart, son-in-law; Tim Hart, her granddaughter; Peyton Lee Hart, all of Jacksonville, FL., and her brother; Ron Hutchison of Elgin, TX. In addition to her parents; one brother; Mark Hutchison, a Vietnam Veteran, preceded Cinda in death. She attended Catlin High School and Eastern Illinois University (EIU) in Charleston, IL. She enjoyed being a housewife, cooking, sewing, and just taking care of her family. She also enjoyed reading, gardening, dancing, playing the piano and harmonica, and studying the Bible. She will be sadly missed by her husband, daughter, and extended family. She is finally out of pain and in a better place. We look forward to being reunited with her on the other side of this Life. Per Cinda's wishes, cremation rites are being handled at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home, located at 3940 N. Vermilion Street, in Danville. There will be no visitation or services scheduled per Cinda's request. The family asks that all memorials be made in Cinda's name to the church of their choice. E-mail condolences may be made at www.sunsetfuneralhome.com
