Christy Miles

Christy Ann Miles, 46, of Collison passed away at 7:05 am on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at her residence. Christy was born on February 23, 1961 in Danville the daughter of Howard and Colleen Allison Baker. On January 31, 1981, she married Robert Bob L. Miles in Rossville. He survives along with their children Kevin of Armstrong and Abby at home, sisters Susan (Billy) Tuggle and Judy (Randall) Zindars and brother Howard (Ellen) Baker Jr. Mother-in-law Virginia (the late Robert) Miles and sister-in-law Maureen (Mark) Fourez. Also several nieces and nephews. Her parents and grandparents preceded her. Christy was a teachers aid within district 118. She enjoyed reading, shopping, and most of all spending time with her family. A celebration of Christys life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday February 7, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home 3940 N. Vermilion Street. Pastor Miles Clark will officiate. Burial will be at Manns Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday February 6, 2008 from 5-7:00 pm at the funeral home.
