Christine Metz

Christine Metz, 67, of Ridge Farm, passed away at 11:42pm, Tuesday, February 2, 2022, at IU Health Arnett, Lafayette, Indiana. She was born on April 3, 1954, in Danville the daughter of Russell Glen and Hetty Louise {Summers} Reed. She is survived by her children, Jonathan Metz, Jason (Sarah) Metz, Marissa (Chuckie) Rodriguez, & Zachary (Kailin) Jones; her grandchildren, Chevy, Stevie, Keinz, Addie, Oryan, Xavier, Ava, Hadley, Abbrie, Kaylce, Savannah, & Catlin; and her siblings, Brenda Sue Smith, Tracey Click, Nancy Campbell, Terry (Beverly) Reed, Larry Reed, Marian Shogren, Juanita (Tom) Etheridge, & Bill Reynolds. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Steven Metz, her siblings, John, James, Pete, & Dianna Kay Johnson. Christine enjoyed working on houses and loved spending time with her kids. She would always there to help family in their time of need. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. As per her wishes, she will be accorded cremation rites.
