Cheryl Lynn Pearman

Cheryl Lynn Pearman, 67, of Georgetown, was reunited with her parents on September 21, 2018 after a long illness. Cheryl was born on May 29, 1951 in Danville the daughter of the late Morris Dale and Patricia (Cook) Pearman. Cheryl leaves behind her brother Curtis (Cindy Patrick) Pearman, her niece and two nephews; Travis (Melissa) Pearman, Heather (Don) Marrow and Sonny (Stephanie) Pearman, great nieces and nephews, Samuel, Elizabeth, Ava, Aleah, Isabella and Braxton, her special cousin Judy (Clifford) Sawyer. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents. Cheryl was affectionally called AC by her niece and nephews and Sis by her parents and the rest of the family. Cheryl started her working years as a bank teller working for Palmer Bank, Old National and later was the City Clerk in Georgetown. She was always in charge of organizing the games at any family function that she went to. Cheryl was always elected score keeper, making sure things where done fairly. Cheryl enjoyed board games, collecting Bears and Snowmen. She was a member of Vermilion Grove Friends Church. Cheryl most of all loved her family and was always there to help out with any need they had. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Cheryl's life will be held on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at 2pm. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home 200 E. West St Georgetown.
