Cheryl L. Miethe

Cheryl L. Miethe, 60, of Danville, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of August 5, 2016, at Danville Care Center, Danville. She was born on November 18, 1955, to Ray and Edith {Long} Miethe. Cheryl graduated from Georgetown High School in 1973 and studied Early Childhood at Danville Area Community College. She is survived by: her three daughters, Hope (Jeremy) Johnson, Kayla (Derik) Fox, and Kyla Miethe; her grandchildren, Zeke Fox and Samantha Johnson; her mother, Edith Miethe; and her sisters, Donna Chambers and Penny Miethe. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Miethe, and her two nephews, Ray Chambers and Eric Miethe. As per her wishes, Cheryl was cremated. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, Georgetown, assisted her family with arrangements.
