Charles 'Chuck' Dixon

Urbana- Charles A. “Chuck” Dickson, 60, of Urbana passed away at 1:30 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at his home. He was born on September 29, 1953 in Danville, IL to Ernest and Jeanette Edmiston Dickson. He is survived by his daughter, Emily (Joe) Marks of Danville, and the mother of his daughter, Tenna Corbin of Hoopeston; three sisters, Cindy Swaney of Covington, IN, Cathy Snyder of Danville, and Cheryl (Lorin) Kinney of Fithian; granddaughter, Alexa Marks; and seven nieces and nephews, Donna Talbert, Patrick Swaney, Bobby Snyder, Brandon Swaney, Cassy Ruggs, Jana Snyder, and Caleb Kinney. He was preceded in death by his parents. Chuck was artistically gifted and was talented with drawing and playing guitar. He loved music and will be remembered as a smart, creative person. Chuck also loved animals, especially his cats and his bird. Per Chucks wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
