Chad Walter Hollingsworth

Chad Walter Hollingsworth, 41, of Georgetown, passed away at 8:45pm, Sunday, May 3, 2020, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. He was born on July 5, 1978, the son of James and Vickie {Smith} Hollingsworth, who will miss him dearly.

He also leaves behind his grandmother, Joyce Hollingsworth; his brothers, Matthew Hollingsworth & Nathan (Ashley) Hollingsworth; his sister, Holly (Phillip) Montiel; his nephews, Benjamin, Jackson, James his niece, Josie; his aunts & uncles, Jill (Jim) McNamara, Joy Price, Jay (Jeanene) Hollingsworth, Kerry Smith; and his cousins, Michael, Patrick, Molly, Kevin, Ryan, Tara, Joel, Amber, & Zachary.

Chad loved the Church and attended Freedom Community Fellowship in Ohio where he made many special friends who will miss him. He enjoyed watching videos and going to Pizza Hut. He will be remembered by all whose lives he touched.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Chads family has entrusted his care to Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Georgetown, Illinois 200 E. West St. Georgetown, Illinois 61846.
