Cecelia Ann Bishop

Eugene, Ind. - Cecelia Ann Bishop, 86, formerly of Eugene and a resident of Clinton Gardens in Clinton, Indiana passed away at 6:10 a.m. EDT Monday, May 4, 2020 at Clinton Gardens.

She was born January 15, 1934 in Clinton, Indiana the daughter of the late Cecil G. and Phoebe Cheesman McCoy.

She married Joe Eugene Bishop on October 21, 1967 in Eugene, Indiana. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1987.

Survivors include several nieces, nephews and special friends, Jim (Patsy) McLain of Cayuga, Indiana and their children: Kris McLain (Abby and Braden) and Janda Lee (Brandon, Shaylan, Ethan and Ashton).

Ann was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

Ann formerly worked at Flamingo in Danville, Illinois for ten years. She attended the Hillsdale Bible Church. Ann was a 1952 graduate of Cayuga High School. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America. Ann enjoyed working on puzzles.

Private graveside services and burial were held on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Hughes Cemetery in rural Perrysville, Indiana. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana assisted with arrangements.
