Cayle Rae Robertson, 11, of Georgetown, left this world to rejoice in Heaven at 9:08am, Saturday, March 3, 2012, at her home in the presence of her loving family. Cayle's journey of Life began on September 15, 2000, in Danville, IL, to Jeffrey and Tricia (Morris) Robertson. She will be missed by all those who loved her including: her Mother, Tricia Robertson of Georgetown; her brother, Blake Robertson of Georgetown; her sisters, Cami & Brooke Robertson, both of Georgetown; special friend, Craig Johnson Sr of Georgetown, the father of Taylor, Jasmine, Trinity, & Craig Jr.; her grandparents; Garry Morris Sr. of Indianola, Debra (Mike Fohrer) Morris of Sidell, & Barbara Robertson of Spencer, OK; her great grandparents, Frank & Alma Bolton of Danville; her very special Aunt, Cathy {Dill} Morris of Ridge Farm; her aunt, Michelle Shelly' Morris of Georgetown; her uncles, Garry Morris Jr of Indianola, Matt Ford, & Grant Ford, both of Sidell; her cousins, Trinity Morris, Keirsten Morris, & Lillian Morris; and her great-aunts, Tina (Stephanie) Handley of St. Joseph & Barb Heiser of Plymouth, WI. Her father, Jeffrey, preceded her in death. Cayle's nickname was Rae Rae' and her favorite color was purple. Cayle touched the lives of all who met her in big ways or small. She enjoyed being outside, especially watching her family & friends play. She loved listening to music and watching TV, with her favorite show being Bonanza'. Cayle enjoyed fishing with her family. She had a special way of teasing those she loved. Her spirit will always warm the hearts of other people. We have been blessed with many beautiful memories and she taught us many lessons of what love was and she was able to brighten our darkest days. Any child's smile is precious, but Cayle's smile will never be forgotten. She touched the hearts of many like only an angel could have done. Her mother, Tricia, didn't realize right away the role she was about to face, but became stronger in faith and richer in love. Soon she knew the privilege given from Heaven to care for her gift from God. Our time on Earth is for learning and when our lessons are through, our Lord will choose the time we too leave this Earth and Cayle will light our way, her arms will be open, and the wait will be worthwhile to see her precious smile again. Cayle amazed everyone that met her with her loving ways and spirit which will never be forgotten. Due to Cayle's disabilities she inspired her loving caregivers, most recently, Barb Lawson. Cayle's family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and loving support, a special thank you to everyone that has been involved in her care from the day that we found out that she was a special needs child. A celebration of Cayle's life will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, Georgetown. Visitation will be held 11:00am to 1:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to her family.
