Carol Martin

Carol S. Martin, 60, of Danville, Illinois passed away on July 6, 2010 at Wesleyan Health Care Center in Marion, Indiana. Carol was born May 31, 1950 in Danville, Illinois daughter of Lawrence and Cathern (Wake) DeLattre and moved to Grant County from Oakwood, Illinois in 2003. She married Clarence O. Martin on June 5, 1992. He survives along with two daughters Cynthia (Craig) Beals, of Robinson, Illinois, and Rachel (Kip) Stonebraker of Danville, Illinois, 15 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and brother Larry (Mary) DeLattre of Georgetown, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her sister Donna Hamblin of Westville, Illinois. She retired from VA health Care Systems in Danville, Illinois and Ft. Wayne and Marion, Indiana. A Celebration of Carols Life will be held at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center, a Life Celebration Home 3940 N. Vermilion St. Danville, IL.
