Carol Ann Hutchens

Carol Ann Hutchens 66, of Westville passed away at 12:14 p.m. Sunday August 1, 2010 at her home. She was born June 18, 1944 in Danville the daughter of Rex W. and Sarah Abston Richards. Carol married Floyd Hutchens on October 2, 1976 in Westville; he preceded her in death in 2001. Those who will miss her are her mother; Sarah Ann Richards of Westville, her brothers and sisters, Jack Richards of Westville, Sally (Bill) Bland of Danville, Peggy (Steve) Cole of Tampa, FL, Rex (Cheryl) Richards Jr of Danville, Pam (Ray) Hilleary Jr of Danville, Pat Bostwick of Georgetown, Janet (Bill) Williams Jr of Westville, Vicky (Mike) Cassidy of Texas, Lisa (Bill) Unzicker of Danville, also she was loved by her many nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded by her father, brother Don and two sisters Mary Lee and Donna. Carol was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting and macram(c), crossword puzzles and scratch off lottery tickets, she loved shopping and visiting with her many friends especially Sheila Woods. She loved to talk to her mother on the phone. Most of all she loved her family. A celebration of life funeral service for Carol Ann Hutchens will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 5, 2010 at Sunset-Urbas funeral Chapel, a Life Celebration Home of Westville. Officiating will be Pastor Bob Cornell. Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday two hours prior to the funeral. Place of rest will be in the Georgetown Cemetery.
