Bunny G. Flanders

Bunny G. Flanders, 73, of Georgetown, passed away at 11:40am, Monday, June 14, 2021, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL. She was born on August 13, 1947, in Danville, the daughter of Robert and Betty {Morgan} Barnes, both deceased. She was united in marriage to Cecil Flanders on September 17, 1997, until his passing. Bunny is survived by her daughter, Polly (Andrew Boykin) DeGroat of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Cassie (David) Bennett, Daniel (Ariel Makowski) Bernardi, & Michael Bernardi; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Jayden, Weylyn, Lucas, and her sister, Bobbee (John) Nimrick. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Brandon. Bunny loved her family, and her daughter and grandchildren were her world. She enjoyed serving as a Boy Scout Den Leader, as well as going fishing. She also crocheted in her spare time and enjoyed movies and books especially done by Stephen King. She will be eternally missed by all who loved her.
