Brett D. Crowder

Coatesville, IN Brett D. Crowder, 48, of Coatesville, IN, formerly of Cayuga, IN, passed away on February 2, 2019 in Coatesville. He was born on November 1, 1970, in Danville, IL to Michael and Nancy (Goodwin) Crowder. He married Elise Mollman on May 26, 2012 in Coatesville. She survives.

Also surviving is a daughter, Meagan Crowder; two step-sons, Joshua and Trevor Mollman; his parents, Michael and Nancy Crowder; and a sister, Chrissie Crowder.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and a cousin, Kirk Gentrup.

Brett graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Construction Project Management and was employed with Fox Contractors as a superintendent for 22 years. Brett was a fun loving adrenaline junky. He loved boating, being on the water, drinking his Busch Light, and spending time with his Heritage Lake 'lake family'. He also loved playing poker, riding roller coasters, going fast, taking his daughter on numerous vacations, and spending Thanksgiving in Mexico with his wife. Brett was a wonderful father to his daughter Meagan.

The service to celebrate the life of Brett Crowder will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Sunsets Covington Chapel in Covington, IN. Pastor Ashton Stewart will officiate. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Covington. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Wednesday, February 6, also at Sunset in Covington. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Meagan A. Crowder College Fund at any branch of Old National Bank.
