Brandi Lee Lamons

Brandi Lee {Crum} LaMons, 38, of Westville, formerly of Georgetown, passed away at 4:40am, Friday, September 14, 2012, at Provena USMC, Danville. She was born on September 21, 1973, in Danville, IL, to Gary and Bonnie {Quillen} Crum. She was lovingly raised by her father, Gary, and her stepmother, Kelly Crum Richardson. Brandi was married to Mike Cosat with whom she had two sons, Brandon Michael Cosat and Brody Shawn Cosat. She was wed to Thomas LaMons on September 13, 2012, with whom she had Wyatt Tivis LaMons & Emma Kay LaMons. Her children, Brandon, Brody, Wyatt, & Emma, and her husband, Thomas, will miss her dearly. She will also be sadly missed by: her stepmother, Kelly Richardson of Catlin; her grandparents, Dick & Dorothy Miller of Westville and June Crum of Danville; her brother, Martin Swick of Danville; her sisters, Windy Crum Harrier of Danville, Sommer Dishman of Westfield, & Krissy Darling Quillen of Westville; her nieces, Hope & Peyton; her nephews, Zack, Justin, Rilee, Ronnie & Heydan; her many aunts & uncles; her besties, Jennifer Jurumbo of Georgetown, Bobbi Cosat of Georgetown, & Stacy Giesen of Kokomo, IN. She was preceded in death by: her father, Gary Lee Crum; her grandma, Joy Wakeland; and her grandfather, Harold Crum. Brandi was a CNA and had worked in Kokomo, IN, and also at Pleasant Meadows Christian Village in Chrisman. She enjoyed gardening and working in the yard. She loved her cats, Molly & Louie. She cherished her time she spent with her children. She will be missed by all her knew and loved her. A celebration of Brandi's life will be held at 4pm, Sunday, September 16, 2012, at Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, Georgetown. Visitation will be held 2pm-4pm, Sunday, September 16, 2012, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in her name to the American Cancer Society.
