Bradley Polick

Bradley 'Brad' Polick 61, of Danville IL, died September 9, 2022. Brad was born on December 14, 1960 in Danville, IL to William and Patsy Polick. He is survived by his children Melissa (Tyler) Deitrick of Hawaii; Chance (Sara) Polick of Georgia, sisters Tammy (Larry) Neahring of Oregon, Kim (Paul) Lamb of Florida, brother Bryan (Monica) Polick of Indiana, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends from around the world. Brad was preceded in death by his parents. Brad started his adventurous life when he moved to Texas soon after graduating from Oakwood High School. While in Texas he joined the US Navy. During his naval career he served on the USS America and traveled the world. Brad moved to Florida in 1987 and discovered his interest in scrap metal. Brad worked for several scrap yards before purchasing his own. Brad was a well respected scrap dealer and could tell you more than you wanted to know about any metal. Brad's most recent adventure was 'boondocking', living off the grid. He traveled with the bare minimum, worked when needed and enjoyed the back roads of our country. Brad will be missed. We Love You Big Creep!

Per Brads wishes, cremation rites have been accorded by Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion St., Danville, IL. Services will be held at a later date.
