Cayuga, Ind. -- Bonnie Harvey, 69, of Cayuga, went to be with the Lord at 4:45 a.m. EST Sunday, February 15, 2009 at her home in Cayuga. Bonnie was born on December 28, 1939 in Belgiumtown, Illinois the daughter of the late Anthony and Alma VanDuyn Mariage. On December 1, 1956 Bonnie married Stanley E. Harvey in Cayuga, Indiana. They celebrated 52 years of marriage on December 1, 2008. He survives. Other survivors include her children: Rhonda(David)Borders of Hoopeston, Illinois; Anthony(Fiancee Candi Garza)Harvey of Cayuga, Indiana and Morris(Kim)Harvey of Indianola, Illinois; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren with a great grandson due in April that Bonnie got the privilege to name; one brother, Ronald Mariage of Vermilion Grove, Illinois. Bonnie loved to go to garage sales. She was an avid collector of cabbage patch dolls and cookie jars. Bonnie enjoyed making crafts and baby blankets, sewing, toll painting and raising flowers. Funeral services: 10 a.m. EST Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Rev. Steve Adsit; Burial: Eugene Cemetery in Eugene, Indiana: Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. EST Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at the funeral home.
