Cayuga, Ind. - Bobette J. Warnick, 75, of rural Cayuga, passed away at 2:43 p.m. EDT Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana.

She was born August 23, 1946 in Danville, Illinois the daughter of the late Roy and Margaret Teresa (Wargo) Bridgewater.

Bobette first married Billy Joe Noggle on February 14, 1965 in Georgetown, Illinois. He preceded her in death on January 2, 1982. She later married Jon W. Warnick on June 17, 2003 in St. Lucia, West Indies. He preceded her in death on June 24, 2018.

Survivors include her three sons: Bret (Lisa) Noggle of Georgetown, Illinois; Bryan (Brenda) Noggle and Brandon (Nancy) Noggle both of Cayuga, Indiana; four step children: Jason Warnick; Justin Warnick; Mandy Thrasher and Troy Warnick; six grandchildren: Billy; Kayla; Briana; Brendan; Jared and Mason; two great-grandchildren: Brailynn and Paizley, and one great-grandson on the way, and her brother: Virgil Bridgewater of Scotland.

Bobette was preceded in death by her brother: Dennis Bridgewater.

Bobette was a former Vermillion County Sheriff Department dispatcher. She was a member of the Cayuga Christian Church, and graduate of Georgetown High School. She enjoyed spending time outside, cooking, mowing and taking care of her pet dogs and cats.

Cremation was accorded. Inurnment of cremains will be held at a later date at Thomas Cemetery, Newport, Indiana. Contributions may be made to the Parke/Vermillion Humane Society, 1884 State Road 63, Hillsdale, Indiana 47854 or to the American Cancer Society. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana is assisting the family with arrangements.
