Bob G. Hartman

Cayuga, Ind. -- Bob G. Hartman, 72, of Cayuga, Indiana, passed away at 4:39 p.m. EST Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was born November 6, 1936 in Eugene, Indiana, the son of the late Jim and Loraine Vannote Hartman. He married Judy A. Vrooman on October 1, 1972 in San Diego, California. She preceded him in death on January 17, 2006. Survivors include one son, Bobbie A. Hartman of Cayuga, Indiana; two sisters, Veatrice(Rev. Jimmy C.)Dowers of Cayuga, Indiana and Loretta(John)Rose of Plantation, Florida. He was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Hartman. Bob retired in 2001 from C.C.L. in Danville, Illinois. He attended the Spirit of Life Ministries in Kingman, Indiana. Bob enjoyed model trains, country music (especially Johnny Cash) and watching the history channel. Memorial services: 11 a.m. EST Friday, December 12, 2008 at the Spirit of Life Ministries in Kingman, Indiana; Officiating: Pastor's Steve and Becky Crum; Visitation: Friday, December 12, 2008 from 10 a.m. EST until time of services at the church.
