Bill G. Wilkinson

Bill G. Wilkinson 61 of Covington passed away at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday May 18, 2005 at his home. He was born February 24, 1944 in Mt Carmel, Il the son of Robert and Colva Goodson Wilkinson. Bill married Marsha Coffing on July 15, 1966 in Mt Carmel she survives also a daughter Stephanie (Shaun) Spangler of Covington, four brothers John (Mary) Wilkinson, Tom Wilkinson, Ron (Sue) Wilkinson and Cecil (Olivia) Wilkinson all of Mt Carmel, a sister Connie (Doyle) Bradley of Mt Carmel, two grandchildren Riley and Olivia Spangler of Covington, also his mother-in-law Winifred Coffing of Covington. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter Stacey Meidel. Bill was a U.S. Army veteran serving during Viet Nam and had worked for the Flexel Corporation in Covington for 30yrs as a supervisor; he was a member of the First Baptist Church in Covington. Bill enjoyed playing sports and was also a Referee; he enjoyed golfing and spending time with family and grandchildren.
