Beverly Padgett

Beverly Padgett, 63, of Danville, passed away on March 24, 2015 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. She was born on August 20, 1951 in Paxton, IL, the daughter of Ben and Tena (Hayn) Benting. She married Lonny Padgett on April 29, 1972 in Danville and he preceded her in death in 2010. Beverly will be deeply missed by her daughter, Christy (Donnie) Budnovich of Danville, two brothers, Mervin (Georgia) Benting of St. Joseph, IL, Roger Benting of Urbana, one sister, Marilyn (Wayne) Bracken of Perrysville, IN, three grandchildren; Courtney, Zane and Ayla Budnovich and many friends, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother, Ronnie Benting. Beverly recieved her Bachelors degree in nursing and worked as a registered nurse at the Danville VA Illiana Helathcare System for 25 years, before retiring in 2005. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, working in the yard and being “Nana”. Her family will miss her deeply. A visitation for Beverly will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville from 11:00-1:00 PM.
