Beulah Eileen Pataki, 91, of Georgetown passed away at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday May 9, 2012 at Pleasant Meadows Christian Village. She was born on January 4, 1921 in Georgetown, IL the daughter of Charles and Lottie (Tucker) Erickson. She married David Francis Pataki on October 21, 1939 in Covington, IN. He preceded her in death on January 27, 1981. Survivors include her two sons, Jerry (Patricia) Pataki of Westville and Ronald (Betty Jo) Pataki of Georgetown; her daughter Brenda (William) Bonebrake of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Steve (Barb Johnson) Pataki of Westville, Kimberly McCool of Westville, Marci Mulrooney of Georgetown, Michele (Mike) Rollins of Decatur, IL and William (Alyssa) Pataki of Danville, Nicole (Steve) Poggendorf of Mattoon, IL and Lindsay Bonebrake of Georgetown; two step-grandsons, Joey (Debbie) Haluska of Westville and Jimmy Haluska of Westville; her great grandchildren, Brittney (Kyle) Jones, Brody McCool, Kaitlyn Mulrooney, Maddison Talbert, Annalese Rodriguez, and Evie Poggendorf, and one great-great grandchild, Brooklyn Jones. Beulah was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Brad Alan Pataki, one brother, Robert Erickson, and one sister, Reenabelle Baldwin Beulah attended Georgetown High School. She had worked at the Chicago Molding Plastic Plant in Georgetown. She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Georgetown where she was a Deacon and was instrumental in starting CPW. She was also a Children's Sunday school teacher. Beulah had been a Den Mother and a 4-H Leader and was very active in the Georgetown Fair. She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family. Everyone that knew her, loved her. She will be missed by her lifelong friend and roommate at Pleasant Meadows Christian Village, Ruby Marriage. A celebration of Beulah's life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday May 11, 2012 at Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home. Rev. Jim Britton and Elder Ron Noggle will officiate. She will be laid to rest in Georgetown Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11a - 1p, two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Beulah's name to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Georgetown.
