Beulah 'Boots' Day

Beulah M.Boots Day, 78, of Danville, passed away at 2:20pm on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at the N. Logan Health Care Center in Danville. She was born on December 30, 1930, in Danville, the daughter of William and Nancy (Curwack) Garland. Both deceased. On July 2, 1948, she married Mr. Darrell M. Day in Danville. He survives along with their three children, William Bill (Patty) Day of Danville, Nancy (Randall) Hatton of Danville, and Tami (Dan) Hayes of Pawnee, IL. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Jason(Amanda) Hatton of Rantoul, Troy Hatton of Hoopeston, Holly (Matt) Vice of Danville, Katie Hatton of Danville, Mariah Hayes of Pawnee, and Shaquil Hayes also of Pawnee, Il,. Also surviving are her four great-grandchildren, Caden Hatton, Aiden Vice, Isabel Vice, Savannah Vice, and her 2 brothers, and 5 sisters. Her two half brothers and one sister precede Boots in Death. She was the oldest of eleven siblings and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of the Vermilion Heights Christian Church and a member of the Ridgeview Baptist Church, both in Danville.
