Betty Seilhymer, 57, of Georgetown, IL, passed away at 3:10pm, Sunday, April 12, 2009, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. She was born on March 19, 1952, in Cleveland, TX, the daughter of Lemuel D. and Alice (Hernandez) Crocker. She was married to John Seilhymer in 1992 in Danville. Survivors include: her daughters, Kim Buster, Monica Hunt, & Yvonne Hunt, all of Baytown, TX, & Leslie (Kenny Pasquale) Seilhymer of Georgetown; her fourteen grandchildren; her one great grandchild; her 3 brothers, Doug Crocker of San Leon, TX, Charles Crocker of Porter, TX, & Lou Hernandez of Friendswood, Texas; and her sisters, Joyce Ingle of Loganville, GA, Anita Esquavell of Friendswood, TX, & Tina Marie Crocker of Cleveland, TX. Her parents preceded her in death. Betty was a hairdresser for several years. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching A&E on TV, and also enjoyed eating ice cream. She loved to play pranks on her friends and family. She cherished her family and loved spending her time with them. As per her wishes, Betty was cremated and a Memorial Service will be held at a 3pm, Saturday, April 18, 2009, at the American Legion Dornblaser Post #203, Georgetown, IL. Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
