Betty Lucille Davis

Betty Lucille Davis, 92, of Covington, passed away at 3:49pm, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at The Waters of Covington. She was born on August 21, 1929, at home in Covington the daughter of Wesley and Irene {Shoemaker} Maines. She was raised by her Aunt Beatrice Grimes. She was united in marriage to James Davis on November 16, 1963. Betty is survived by: her two daughters, Sandy (Roger) White of Boswell, IN, & Sue Woolwine of Wingate, IN; her grandson, Keith (Ginger) White; and her great granddaughter, Hannah. She was also preceded in death by her two sisters, Jean Abernathy & Mable Cadman. Betty was a homemaker and enjoyed working in her yard. A visitation for family and friends will be held 12:00pm to 2:00pm, Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Covington, Indiana 420 3rd St. Covington, Indiana 47932.
