Betty Jean Eads

Betty Jean “BJ” Eads, 67, of Danville, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013, at her home. She was born on June 29, 1946, in Williamsport, IN to Tom and Edna (Mackey) Spence. She married John Eads on October 6, 1985. Betty is survived by one daughter, Tammy (David) Bugle of Covington, IN; four step-daughters, Cindi (Brian) Carnaghi of Tilton, Paula Hillary, Lisa Boen and Tammy Anderson all of Danville; 9 grandchildren and step-grandchildren, Kim, J.P., Josh, Jacob, Natasha, Tabitha, Cassidy, Elyse, and Dalton; and five great grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John; infant daughter, Patricia Lynn Haxton; and two step grandsons, Joshua Ziegler and Dustin Ziegler. Betty worked in the office at County Market. She was a loyal Nascar fan and loved her animals. A Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Sunset-Urbas Chapel, Westville. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at the funeral chapel with Pastor CW Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Young America Cemetery, Hume, IL. Memorial contributions may be made in Bettys name to the Humane Society.
