Betty J. England

Betty J. England, 70, of Danville, passed away at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, August 25, 2005 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. She was born September 10, 1934 in Cayuga, Indiana, the daughter of Edward and Marie Onley. Betty is survived by: three daughters- Marilyn (Richard) Lustfeldt, Carolyn (Ron) Troxel and Kay (Jim) Taylor " all of Danville; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and three sisters " Libby Fortner of Danville, Rachael Walkins of Danville and Shirley Tolley of Milan, IL. Her parents, husband " Russell England, one son " Bobby Moody, one brother and two sisters preceded her in death. Betty attended First Baptist Church in Georgetown and was formerly an active member of the Eagles Club in Danville. She loved to play bingo at the Eagles Club and also with her daughter, Carolyn at Holy Family Church in Danville. She loved to watch the T.V. show Walker, Texas Ranger and anything with Chuck Norris. She enjoyed word- search and fishing. Most importantly, Betty was a homebody who enjoyed cooking as well as spending time with and taking care of her family.
