Betty Gilbert Hygnstrom

Betty Gilbert Hugnstrom, 92, of Gifford, IL passed away onthe morning of Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Accolade Senior Living, Paxton, IL. She was born January 1933 in Clay County, IL, a daughter of Thomas and Blanche (Gill) Gillbert. She is survived by 5 daughters, Nancy (Keith) Dagley of Norris City, IL; Debby (Russ) Fletcher of FL; Patty Henry of Gifford; Judy Eaker and Rachel Knight both of OK, 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Lester, 2 sisters, Florence and Linda, 2 brothers, Larry and Billy and a son-in-law David. Betty was a homemaker.  She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. As per her wishes, funeral services will be private.
