Barbara Miller

WESTVILLE - Barbara J. Miller, 62, of Westville, passed away at 7:30 a.m. Monday, August 29th, 2005, at her home. She was born on March 31st, 1943, in Urbana, IL, the daughter of John Leonard and Betty Lou {Pollitt} Waterman. Survivors include: two sons, Kevin (Jennifer) Kupcik of Danville and Kurt Kupcik of Georgetown; her mother, Betty Waterman of Georgetown; her brother, Don (Mary) Waterman of Georgetown; grandchildren, Alek, Kalyn, Sara, Jedd, and Izabelle; special friend, Chris Waterman of Westville and many other special friends. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, John Waterman. Barbara was a teacher and substituted in several area schools. She collected Thomas Kincaid Snow globes and Cherished Teddys. She also enjoyed crocheting for family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday September 1, 2005 at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. James Blue. Burial will be at Pleasant Mound Cemetery.
