Barbara Lorrain Curtiss

Barbara Lorraine Curtiss, 84, of Danville passed away on June 22, 2015 at her home. Barbara was born the daughter of Joseph and Nellie (Jobe) Budnovich on February 1, 1931 in Danville. She married the love of her life Donald Curtiss in October of 1952. Donald was in the service and the two of them traveled all the time living in Austria, Germany, Japan and Belgium. Surviving Barbara are two children David (Janis) Curtiss of Indianapolis, IN. and Linda Curtiss of Greenland, AR.; five grandchildren Jennifer (John) Dilmore of Claremore, OK., Stephanie (Mike) Fennell of Greenland, AR, Justin (Athena) Curtiss of Worchester, MA, Erin and Ryan Curtiss of Indianapolis, IN; three great grandchildren Nickolas Fennell and Kosta and Demitri Curtiss; one brother Bob (Paula) Budnovich; two sisters Norma Roberts and Sue (Larry) White; two sister in laws, Leila Budnovich, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Donald, one son Steven and two brothers Don and Wayne. Barbara loved to travel, taking photos of family, being with the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Most of all she loved being a great mother and a super Grandma. A Celebration of Barbara's life will be Saturday June 27, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home in Danville, IL. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday 1pm - 3 pm.
