Barbara J. Midcap

Barbara J. Midcap, 75, of Danville passed away on April 14, 2018 at North Logan Healthcare in Danville. She was born on October 7, 1942 in Danville, the daughter of George and Gertrude (Shepard) Cooper. She married Albert Horace Midcap on February 27, 1988 and he preceded her in death. Barbara will be greatly missed by her three sons; James, Scott and Robert Wilkin, siblings; Bill Cooper, Ron Cooper, Richard Cooper, Shirley Ann Hardesty, Helen Hardesty, Carolyn Kietzmann and Rose Marie Cooper. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Barbara was a member of the Danville Moose Club. She attended Life Church regularly and loved to color, do word search puzzles and play Bingo and the VFW. A celebration of Barbara's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville with Pastor Phil Miller officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM prior to the service. She will be laid to rest at Stearns Cemetery in Fithian.
