Ardith I. Cheuvront

Ardith I. Cheuvront, 80, passed away on November 1, 2015 at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Danville. She was born in Tilton to her parents, Jonah and Minnie Alcorn on December 29, 1934. She was a lifelong resident of Tilton, IL. Ardith is survived by her sons; Mike (Renee) Cheuvront, Mark Cheuvront and Chuck (Michelle) Cheuvront; grandchildren Ty, Tony (Sarah), Jeremy and Brandy; great-grandchildren, Cierra, Carsyn, Savannah, Caden and Cameron; and many special friends she dearly loved. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Elmer and Lamoine Alcorn. She was a graduate of Danville High School. Ardith enjoyed spending time with her family, flowers and playing bingo almost daily. A celebration of Ardith's life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home with Pastor Kevin Cox officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 AM prior to the service. Ardith will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Catlin. Donations in Ardith's name can be made at the donor's choice.
