Antoinette Rae Brown Antoinette R. Brown,60 ,of Champaign passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Toni was born July 29, 1953, the daughter of Raymond and Mary (Thomas)Clark. She married Arlan “Yogi” Younggren on June 24, 1974 and they later divorced. She then married Albert Brown on July 28, 1988. He survives. Other survivors include her children, son Robert (Kelly) Tuel, and daughter Sara Younggren. She was a special mother to Raymond Clark, Teresa Clark, and Melissa (Mike) Hester. Also surviving are her four sisters; Linda M.(Keith) Hays, Kay Ellen (Earnest) Pannebaker, Mollie L. (Terry) Morgan, and Miriam (Russell) Kleiner; Six Grandchildren, Anthony, Chelsea, Darian, Charles, Tyler, and Jade. Toni was also a very special Grandma to many other children. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Stephen Paul Clark, and one nephew Anthony Clark-Walker. Toni worked at Bob Evans and later at State Farm Insurance as an accountant. She loved to garden, and was especially proud this years garden. Toni was an accomplished author of a book called “Mr. Purple Dinosaur”. She loved to help other children, and especially loved to spend time with her family. A celebration of the life of Antoinette Brown will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home in Georgetown. Burial will be in Georgetown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, and one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to her family.
