ANNE ELIZABETH HARMON Anne Elizabeth Harmon, 46, of Danville, passed away at 12:26 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2009 at home with her family and friends by her side after her long courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Anne was born on April 28, 1963 in Danville, the daughter of William C. and Mary Ellen (Morrissey) Harmon. She is survived by her parents, one son- Eric William Ziegler of Danville; two daughters- Anastacia Stacia Lee Harvey of St. Louis, Missouri and Katherine Marie Katie Harvey of Danville; three brothers- Pat (Patti) Harmon of Brandon, Mississippi, Mike Harmon of Danville and Tom Moms Favorite Harmon of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; two sisters- Peggy (Glenn) Johnson of Danville and Suzie Harmon of Danville; one grandson- Nathaniel Nathan Allan Wimsatt of Danville; special sisterhood- Izzy Falconio of Danville; extended family- Nancy Harmon, Linda Harmon and Bill Hagler; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother- Jack Harmon and nephew- John David Harmon. Anne graduated from Schlarman High School in 1981 and later graduated from Ivy Tech College, from the Respiratory Therapy Program, in 1999. She worked at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center for three years as a respiratory therapist. Anne enjoyed listening to music, swimming, camping and most of all spending time with her family and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at St. Pauls Catholic Church in Danville, with Father Greg Nelson officiating. Entombment will follow the service in Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A rosary service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in Annes name to the Illinois Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society or to Schlarman High School Foundation.
