Anna Louise' Roach, 93, of Georgetown, passed away at12:32am, Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. She was born on July 28, 1919, in Georgetown, the daughter of Elmer and Gertrude {Boen} Pribble, both deceased. She was united in marriage to John Roach on February 6, 1939, in Georgetown, until his passing on May 26, 1973. She will be missed by: her son, Rick Roach & special daughter-in-law, Paula Roach of Georgetown; her daughter, Jan Gallatin of Dyer, IN; her grandchildren, Lori Schreiber, Jay (Valarie) Gallatin, Jami (Brian) Susnis, Chad (Melissa) Roach, John (Carie) Roach, & Neil (Tiffany) Roach; her sixteen great grandchildren with one on the way; and her caregiver, Waneta Hall. She was preceded in death by: her son-in-law, Floyd Gallatin; her four sisters, Beatrice Davis, Virginia Bryant, Maxine Crippin, & Geneva Byerly. Louise worked for Chicago Molding until retirement. She loved to collect dolls and teddy bears. Louise was a member of the First Church of Christ Georgetown. She loved and cherished her family and grandchildren. A celebration of Louise's life will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, September 1, 2012, at Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, Georgetown, with Phil Miller & Steve Rutter officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in McKendree Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given in Louise's name to the First Church of Christ Georgetown.
