Ann Murrell

Ann W. Murrell, 89, of Hamilton, OH formerly of Danville, passed away on the morning of Thursday July 8, 2004 at the home of her daughter, Ruth in Hamilton, Ohio. Ann was born March 16, 1915 in New Philadelphia, Ohio the daughter of the late Richard and Bernice (Wyss) Watkins. Ann married William Murrell on November 25, 1943 in New Philadelphia; OH he preceded her in death in November of 1993. Survivors include 2 daughters, Ellen Covington of Graham, WA and Ruth Pope, of Hamilton, Ohio. A stepdaughter Maude Katherine Murphy of New Philadelphia, OH. S Seven grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.1 sister, Maude Esther Gowings of California. Ann graduated High School in Ohio and worked as a proofreader at the Danville Commercial News for 25 years. Ann was a member of the Community of Christ church in Georgetown. Ann had many hobbies including, working in her yard, traveling, and reading many books. Ann loved her church and her family.
