Ann Costello

Ann M. Costello, 86, of Danville, passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014 at Presence United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville. She was born April 18, 1928 to Henry G. and Mary (Jameson) McCraw in Boston, Masachusetts. She married Bernard Bartholomew Costello, Sr. on July 23, 1949 in Portland, Maine. He passed away on April 18, 2013. Ann is survived by her daughter, Pamela (Gary) Dziama of Stratham, N.H.; sons, Bernard Jr. (Karen) Costello of Danville, Timothy (Jane) Costello of Danville, David Costello of Danville, Brian E. (Leilani) Costello of Denver, Colorado, and Michael (Sarah) Costello of Danville; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and one brother, Richard (Olga) McCraw. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and four great grandchildren. She graduated from Manchester High School in Manchester, Connecticut. She was a Cub Scout den mother and a Girl Scout assistant leader. Ann was a daycare provider for many years. As per her wishes, there will be no services. Cremation rites will be accorded. Ann will be laid to rest at a later date in Maine. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Danville, assisted the Costello family arrangements.
