Ann Collier

Ann Collier, 82, of Danville passed away on January 16, 2011 at Provena USMC Logan Campus. Ann was born on November 30, 1928 in Los Angeles, California daughter of Rudolph and Dora Deleon. She married James Collier on September 7, 1946 in Los Angeles. He preceded her in death in March of 2008. Survivors include two grand-daughters Monique (Ron) Tolle of Pennsylvania and Lauren (Ryan) Ratajczyk of Virginia; 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; special friends Randy & Monique Lusk and family of Rossville, Illinois. Ann graduated from high school in California and worked as a self-employed interior decorator. She loved dancing and taught dancing for many years. A Celebration of Anns Life will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Manns Chapel Cemetery in Rossville, Illinois with Father Robert Hoffman officiating. Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center, a Life Celebration Home will be handling the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
