She is loved by many and survived by her children; daughter, Maryann Elkins (Don); twin sons, Kenneth (Terrie) and Keith (Martha), Arthur (Julie) Stout; grandchildren, Gary, Christ, Britney, Amber, Brandie, Brette, Amanda, Allison and Keaton; six great grandchildren, devoted nieces Emy, Geng, Mae and many more relatives in the Philippines.

Services will be held July 17 at 11 AM at Sunset Memorial Park, 3901 North Vermilion Street, Danville, IL, phone (217) 442-9241.

Growing up Angelinas family owned a coconut plantation, which is now currently the University of Eastern Philippines, College of Agriculture School in Catarman. After WWII she was raised on a farm. She graduated from Paco Manila High School and completed Beautician College in Manila, P.I. In addition, she completed the majority of her college studies in apparel, English and Business at the California State University Sacramento, while raising her children in Vacaville, CA. She was a fearless entrepreneur running her own Angies Boutique store in Downtown Dixon, CA for 10 years.

She treasured times with her children and grandchildren, attended their various music concerts, festivals in the SF Bay area and she eventually retired in Danville, IL in early 2000, where her former husband, Robert Stout, was born. She spent portions of the year with her sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews in the Philippines, blessed with special times with her children and grandchildren, as well as fellowship with her Seventh Day Adventist Church family in Danville.

Angies determined daughter, Maryann, traveled three trips across the pandemic world and was refused entry each time. But with the assertiveness from her brother, Ken, contacting U.S. Reps and embassy officials to support entry, sister was the only sibling able to attain access into the Philippines to be with their mother towards the end of her life, fighting both cancer and the Wuhan virus. As daughter awaited a week of quarantine upon arrival, she would unfortunately be a day late in saying goodbye to her mother. Angie had already started to prepare to be with the Lord, praying and singing Christian hymns and childrens bible songs growing up in the Islands. As mother and auntie, she had a strong influence on all the Stout and Tolipas families from her passion of politics to the study of health, the conservative traditions she taught her family to diligently preserve through obstacles, despite the grim odds, she always said confidently "God willing", encouraging all to never give up on your dreams.

Today our beloved mom is in heaven with her Filipino Ukulele guitar playing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", With The Lords Amazing Grace", there is no place like home.

Love you Ma.
