Oakwood- Angela R. Plotner, 46, passed away peacefully in her home on December 3, 2014. Angela was born April 5, 1968 to Reva and John Kesner. Angela married her husband Mark E. Plotner August 16, 2003 at Oakwood Christian Church. He precedes her in death. Angela is survived by her parents Reva and Roger Deckard and John (Denise) Kesner; her children Raymond Kent, Amanda Kent, Kayli Plotner, Hunter Phelps, and Aaron Plotner all of Oakwood; her loving nephew Steven Jones; her siblings John “Jake”(Melissa Long) Kesner, Melissa Bell, Dale Deckard, Angi DePatto, and Steve Hicks; her close cousin Wayne (Lisa) Coppenbarger; her special aunt Joan Hunt, and many cherished family members and friends. Angie attended Catlin High School and graduated from Covington High School in 1986. She loved to keep busy with her many hobbies. While she focused mainly on running her daycare and tax preparations, she also enjoyed camping, NASCAR, and bowling. Angie loved attending all of her childrens sporting events. Angie had a positive impact on many lives, and will be greatly missed. A celebration of Angies life will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville. Pastor Paul Kent will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home.
