Angela Moody

Danville Angela Moody, 43, of Danville passed away at her home on December 24, 2022 at 7:50 AM.

Angela was born on March 19, 1979 the daughter of Richard and Karen (Ritter) Moody Jr in Danville, IL.

Survivors include her fianc, Earl Cotton of Danville, IL, her children, JaNea Crockett, Demarion Forman, Breonna Forman, Darius Cotton, Eena Cotton, and Malik Cotton, grandchildren, Leilani Severado and Khidyn Byrd, siblings, Vanessa Moody, Aniesha Walker, Anieka (Davion) Carter and Seth Moody, paternal grandmother, Barbara Davis and stepmother, Karen Moody.

Angela is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Josh Moody and Richard Moody III and maternal grandparents and fraternal grandfather.

Angela worked as a CNA for many years and recently worked at Lowes in Danville, IL. She was a member of the Killer Bees Motorcycle Club and enjoyed singing, making people laugh and loved to spend time with her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834. George Dowell will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7:00 PM on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the funeral home.
