Alicia Nicole Ward

Alicia Nicole Ward, 6 years old, of Urbana, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Carle Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on March 16, 2013 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 2602 W. Bloomington Road, Champaign, 61822. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 12:00 p.m. to the time of the service. Alicia was born on February 9, 2007, at Carle Hospital in Urbana. She attended the Prairie Elementary School. Alicia was a loved member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. In school, Alicia was an example as stated by her teachers. She was, as expressed by many in the congregation, a source of light and happiness. Alicia was dearly loved. Surviving are her parents, two grandparents, three uncles, and two aunts. She is preceded in death by Donald Ward, Shoko Ward, and Bryant Ward. The Ward family wishes to thank all who have demonstrated their love and support during this difficult time.
