Cayuga, Ind. - Albert Lane Clark, 80, of Cayuga, passed away at 4:30 p.m. EDT Sunday, August 8, 2021 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

He was born March 30, 1941 in Danville, Illinois the son of the late Donald A. and Marjorie I. (Millikin) Clark.

Albert married Joyce I. Turner on May 29, 1965 at the Cayuga Christian Church. She survives.

Other survivors include his sister: Constance Beardsley of Clinton, Indiana; two brothers: Stanley (Janet) Clark of Covington, Indiana and Jon Millikin Clark of Arcadia, California, and several nieces and nephews.

Albert was preceded in death by his sister-in-law: Mary Helen McLain Clark.

Since 1961 Albert owned/operated Clark Chevrolet in Cayuga. He was a member of the Cayuga Christian Church, Cayuga Lions Club, The Gideons International and the N.R.A. (Lifetime Member). Albert was the founder of The Racers for Christ. He was a 1959 graduate of Cayuga High School. Albert enjoyed reading, collecting /shooting guns, playing solitaire and Chevrolet cars.

Funeral service: 2 p.m. EDT Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the Cayuga Christian Church Youth Center; Officiating: Ashton Stewart; Burial: Thomas Cemetery, Newport, Indiana; Visitation: Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 10 a.m. EDT until time of services at the Youth Center. Contribution may be made to the Cayuga Christian Church, P.O. Box 731, Cayuga, Indiana 47928-0731. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana is assisting the family with arrangements.
