Alan Ochs

Alan Ochs 62, of Mahomet, IL. passed away on Thursday February 13, 2025, at his home in Mahomet. He was born in Olney, IL. on August 26, 1962, the son of Richard and Joyce (Kapper) Ochs.

Alan is survived by his parents, siblings; Elaine (Mel) Stock, Jeff (Lisa) Ochs, wife Pam, children; Alisha (Steve) Pinnell, Jeremy (Dawn) Ochs, Zach (Vicki) Ochs and eleven grandchildren. Alan will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5pm on Tuesday February 18, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 1102 Churchill Rd. Mahomet, IL. 61853. Rev. Lutz Braunig will be officiating. A visitation will be held from 2pm-5pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. As per Alan’s wishes, cremation will follow services. 

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials may be made in Alan’s name to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
