Agnes L. Ladd

Agnes L. Ladd, 87, of Danville, passed away at 9:00 pm on Friday, September 13, 2013 at her home. She was born June 21, 1926, in Indianola, the daughter of James M. and Mabel (High) Richards. She married John Paul Ladd on October 19, 1968 in Robinson, IL. He preceded her in death on December 2, 1981. Agnes is survived by one son, Raymond (Chris) Collins of Catlin; two daughters, Gloria Miethe and Connie (Terry) Pridemore, both of Danville; many grand children and great grandchildren; one sister, Alberta Flessner of Rock Falls, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Gary Collins; one daughter, Phyllis Stewart; one brother, James Richards; one sister, Trish and two sons in-law, Gary and Jack. A celebration of Agnes life will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, Georgetown, with Pastor Dan Ziebart officiating. A visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013 from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Agnes will be laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery, Danville. Memorial donations may be made, in her name, to Morey Chapel Church of Christ.
