Adonna P. Spezia, 95, of Georgetown, passed away at 3:22am, Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at Pleasant Meadows Christian Village, Chrisman. She was born on December 3, 1914, in Georgetown, IL, the daughter of William C. and Deborah {Bouton} Savage, both deceased. Adonna was married to Ernest Spezia of Westville; he also preceded her in death. She will be missed by: her sons, Duane K. (Alice) Spezia of Williamsport, IN, & Jerry (Daf) Spezia of Westville; her five grandchildren, Lori (John) Razmus of Westville, Deanna (Charles) Snook of Westville, Wade (Charlene) Spezia of Westville, Jeri Lee {Spezia} Nale of Georgetown, & Phillip Keller of Attica, IN; her several great grandchildren; and many great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: an infant son, Richard Allen Spezia; three brothers; and one sister. Adonna loved people and never knew a stranger. She worked for Gastoff Floral Company and as a cook for several places. She enjoyed baking, cooking, & gardening in her spare time. She will be missed for her friendly manner and love of life. A celebration of Adonnas life will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, September 23, 2010, at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, A Life Celebration Home, 200 E West Street, Georgetown, with Pastor James Blue to officiate. Visitation will be held from 9am to 11am prior to the service on Thursday. She will be laid to rest in Georgetown Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given in Adonnas name to Pleasant Meadows Christian Village.
