Ada Wright

Ada V. Wright, 88, of Danville, IL passed away November 16, 2006 at Colonial Manor Nursing Home. She was born December 17, 1917 in Danville daughter of John Henry and Ida Nola Jenkins Wright. Survivors include nephew: Bill (Sue) Branham and several other nieces and nephews. A special thanks to her second family at Colonial Manor. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and her special friend Kenneth Wells. Ada retired from Chuckles Candy after several years of employment. She was a member of the First Church of Christ in Westville and the Bakery & Confectionary Workers of America. She was a dedicated homemaker and enjoyed to read, especially the Bible. A Celebration of Adas life and Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday November 18, 2006 at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center; 3940 N. Vermilion Street in Danville, with Pastor Bob Cornell officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior the service on Saturday morning. She will be laid to rest at Gundy cemetery in Bismarck. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The American Heart Association.
